One of the most important elements of our brunch is our partnerships. Hong Kong’s most creative and talented entrepreneurs have been selected to partner with Brunch by the Shore to bring diversity to our event and showcase their collection at our event. Our first partner is Aanya, an ethically sourced bohemian brand that promotes crafts & social cause such as raising awareness for elephant conservation through unique curation of lifestyle products, from clothing to accessories. We look forward to showcasing Aanya as well as other unique and innovative brands.
What is Brunch By the Shore?
Channelling the spirit of Shore Steak Lounge Terrace where water meets land, ‘Brunch by the Shore’ will be aptly held on our beautiful outdoor terrace, an urban oasis in the heart of Central. It ticks all the boxes of a perfect venue for a summer brunch with unique city views, casual seating and comfortable ambience. With food, spoilt for choice is the concept we’ll be going for – with a fantastic outdoor barbeque grill, locally sourced and produced vegetables, rare cuts of meat, raw bars, live waffle stations, salad station and much more! We have you covered with free flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, beverage stations for customizable cocktails and spritzers and of course healthier options such as young coconuts, homemade lemonade and fresh juices. It doesn’t get better than this on a sunny day with a drink in your hand, enjoying different live entertainment out on the terrace!
Brunch By The Shore is launching at a special price of $680 +10% s.c. per person including free flow Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, Cocktails, Homemade Lemonade, Young Coconut and other selected drinks.
